7. Lost or Stolen Parcels After Delivery

  • Any claim of non-receipt will be treated as theft from the delivery address
  • The customer is responsible for reporting this to the police

  • CCTV footage or other supporting evidence

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being declined.

Shipping address changes can only be made before dispatch.

Once dispatched, any amendments must be made directly with the courier. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses.
