Our standard dispatch time is within 3 working days, although this may be a little longer during busy periods or if your order includes made-to-order items.

We don’t dispatch on weekends or bank holidays, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide every day using trusted couriers such as DHL.
International delivery rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order.

Please note that all international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
This means:

• Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• These charges vary by country and must be paid directly to your local customs authority or courier before delivery.

• We recommend checking estimated fees in advance using Simply Duty’s Import Calculator.

To avoid delays, please ensure all import payments are made promptly once your parcel arrives in customs.

If import duties or taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping or customs charges will also be deducted from any refund.
If the goods are compounded, destroyed, or unreturned by customs due to unpaid fees, no refund will be available.
