How long will my order take to dispatch?
Our standard dispatch time is within 3 working days, although this may be a little longer during busy periods or if your order includes made-to-order items.

We don’t dispatch on weekends or bank holidays, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

Just make sure your order is paid for in full first, as we don’t pre-pack or provide box dimensions ahead of time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—we ship worldwide, every day using trusted couriers like DHL.
International delivery rates are calculated based on weight and volume, with live prices shown at checkout. Occasionally, additional charges may apply after checkout due to factors beyond our control (such as remote area fees or customs adjustments).

We ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms:

• You’re responsible for paying local import duties or taxes

• Clearance fees vary by country—please check with your local customs office

• These must be paid promptly to avoid delays or returns

Returned parcels due to unpaid fees will not be refunded for shipping, and an admin fee may be deducted. Damaged or lost returned items unfortunately can’t be credited.
