Custom Packaging

At London Luxury Candle Supplies, we understand that packaging is more than protection — it’s presentation. Your box is the first impression your customer has of your brand, and we’re here to make it count.

That’s why we offer a full in-house packaging service, cutting and sizing boxes on site to perfectly fit your candles, diffusers, and home fragrance products. Whether you’re after a fully bespoke box or a simple branded sleeve, we make packaging simple, affordable, and stylish for small businesses.

Option 1: Pre-Sized Custom Boxes

Looking for something quick and easy to customise?
Head to our Custom Packaging section to explore our library of pre-sized box nets — available for all popular jar and diffuser styles.

Each file is downloadable as an SVG template ready for you to edit in your favourite design software (like Canva)

Here’s how it works:

  1. Navigate to the Packaging & Lid section and select Custom Packaging.

  2. Download the SVG for your chosen size (e.g., 100ml diffuser box).

  3. Upload to Canva or your design software. Add your branding, colours, CLP info, or care instructions.

  4. Save your finished file as an SVG and upload it to your chosen product page — for example Coloured Box with Foil.

  5. Order your quantity (minimum 30 units).

We do recommend ordering a sample first to ensure you’re happy with your design, print finish, and overall look before placing your full order.

Foil Finishes Available: Choose from gold, silver, rose gold or holographic foils — simply mark any text or artwork you’d like foiled in black within your design file.

Option 2: Bespoke Made-to-Measure Boxes

For packaging that fits your product perfectly, our Bespoke Custom Box Service offers full flexibility.

Here’s the process:

  1. Place your setup order to start the process.

  2. We’ll contact you for your product’s measurements — or you can post us a sample for exact fitting.

  3. We’ll create and email your made-to-measure SVG template for you to design and brand.

  4. Send your completed SVG file to [email protected].

  5. We’ll cut, print, and dispatch your sample box for approval.

  6. Once approved, we’ll quote for your bulk order (typically £1.50–£5.50 per box, MOQ 50 units).

All boxes are produced using 350–380gsm paper with a 415-micron thickness, proven to be the ideal weight and strength for luxury candle and diffuser packaging.

We also work closely with leading paper manufacturers and can source alternative paper stocks or finishes on request — ideal for special projects, sustainability goals, or premium textured finishes.

Option 3: Packaging Sleeves & Occasion Boxes

If you’re looking for a cost-effective, creative way to elevate your existing packaging — try our packaging sleeves.

Our reinforced corrugated boxes (supplied free with many of our large glassware lines) are designed for protection and shipping, while our printed sleeves transform them into retail-ready, branded packaging.
