How It Works

1. Choose Your Product
   Browse our collection and select the item you want to customise — look for the "Customise" badge or the “Add Design” option on the product page.

2. Upload Your Design File
   Upload a high-resolution PNG or JPEG of your artwork or logo at checkout. The higher the resolution, the better the print quality.
   Want even better results? Email a PDF version of your artwork after checkout along with your order number.

3. Design Guidelines

   • We can print almost any colour, detail or image

   • Gloss gold and silver are possible (note: they are not mirror foils)

   • Foil or mirrored finishes are not currently available

   • Your design must be supplied exactly as you wish it to appear – we do not alter colours, placement or artwork internally

4. Digital Proof Approval
   Once our technicians prepare your file, we’ll send a digital proof for approval. Please note:

   • Proofs are shown on a laminated wrap, not directly on the jar

   • Colour may vary slightly between screen and print, or on different jar finishes

   • You’ll be checking logo placement and scale most importantly

5. Production & Delivery
   Once approved, we’ll begin printing. Your customised jars will be printed in-house and delivered straight to your door within 2–3 weeks from approval.

Important Notes

• Customised orders become non-refundable once the digital proof has been approved.

• Lead time is approx. 2–3 weeks from proof approval.

• Printing is carried out using digital UV printing technology. This is not engraving or etching. The ink is applied to the surface of the glass and cured with UV light.

• While the print is durable and heat resistant for normal candle use, it should not be placed in boiling water or exposed to prolonged heat gunning, as excessive heat can cause the ink to soften or slip.

• As this is a surface print, scratches, sharp or abrasive contact, or rough handling may damage or remove the design.

• We recommend cleaning printed glassware with a soft cloth and avoiding harsh scouring pads, strong solvents, or dishwasher cycles where possible.

• Print colours may vary slightly from screen to glass due to digital proofing limitations.

Important Consideration – Samples
Because digital UV printing has unique characteristics, we strongly urge all customers to order samples of their products to check suitability for their intended use before placing bulk orders. Items will not be refunded on this basis.
