For designers and makers it is imperative that your brand stands out holding an emotional connection to you and your customers. HOW THIS WORKS

1. You have selected the product you are wanting to customise, and you need to “Add Design” before you checkout.

2. Upload your design file in HIGH RESOLUTION FORMAT – the higher resolution the image/logo is the better the print will be.  The file must be uploaded in either a png, jpeg.  (We recommend using programs like Canva to get started, photoshop for the more experienced!)  For extra resolution please email the file in PDF to us including your order number.

3. We can pretty much print any colours, any image, any detail.  Our machines are nifty! Foil printed colours I am afraid are not possible, however a gloss gold, or shiny silver is. It will just not be mirrored. You must submit the logo as you want it printed, we cannot change the design/ colour internally.

4. So now you have placed your order, checked out and we have now received the job. The fun can now start and we will begin work. 

5. Once the technicians have made the plate, they print your logo onto a jar and send you a digital proof for you to approve. The print will not be directly on the jar it will be printed on a laminated covering to protect the jar and reduce waste so please bare this in mind when approving.  We mainly need you to check position and size, colours may slightly vary on different surfaces/ finishes and product colours. 

6. Once approved we will send the entire order to print, and the jars will be delivered directly to your door.  

Please note lead times on customised glassware is 2-3 weeks. 

The above is an indiciation from time of approval. We do endeavour to work as quickly possible.

Once print has been approved by yourself, this will become a non - refundable order.

Customisation and Printing Terms & Conditions (London Luxury Candle Supplies):

  • Ownership of Goods: All goods shall remain the property of London Luxury Candle Supplies until payment is received in full. Title shall only pass upon receipt of cleared monies.
  • Changes to the Brief: Should there be any change to the brief this quote is based on, London Luxury Candle Supplies reserves the right to increase prices to cover any additional costs.
  • Delivery Delays: Should you delay the delivery after the agreed date, we reserve the right to invoice for the goods and charge storage.
  • Delivery Dates: All endeavours will be made to meet the agreed delivery date at the time of order subject to production capacity; however, the delivery date cannot be the essence of the contract.
  • VAT Exclusion: All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the rate ruling at the time of dispatch.
  • Price Fluctuations: Prices may fluctuate due to shifts in market demand, supply, or both.
  • Order Cancellation: Once the order has been placed and/or paid, cancellation/postponement cannot be accepted as London Luxury Candle Supplies will have entered into contracts for raw materials and allocated production space which may have prevented us from accepting other orders.
  • Client-supplied Materials: London Luxury Candle Supplies cannot take responsibility for any materials supplied by the client. We accept materials based on them being fit for purpose.
  •  Price may be subject to change subject to the quality of the vessel supplied by the client.
  • Manufacturing Tolerances: Manufacturing tolerances of + or - 5% are applicable to your quantities. This may be exceeded if the vessel quality is highly inconsistent.
  • Sample Charges: Samples are charged at a rate of £25, and prices may fluctuate. All quotes are exclusive of shipping and VAT.
  • Sample Approval: If no sample has been requested or approved, London Luxury Candle Supplies cannot take responsibility for the finished product not meeting specific expectations. We recommend a sample is requested and approved before full production begins. We can accept digital sample approval. See below.
  • Digital Sample Approval: All print runs must be approved digitally by the customer. A photograph related to the order, including the correct order number, will be sent via email. The customer must reply to this email chain stating, "I approve this digital sample and I am happy for the print run to proceed." This approval process applies every time a new order is raised.
  • Website Uploading: Please use the customisation tool where possible to ensure that the logo is uploaded in a high-resolution format and is accurately positioned on the jar.
  • Showcasing Work: Unless expressly agreed in writing to the contrary, London Luxury Candle Supplies retains the right to showcase our work for future business regardless of the brand name on our website at www.luxurycandlesupplies.co.uk, our social media pages, and at trade exhibitions.
  • Design Ownership: London Luxury Candle Supplies retains the rights and sole ownership of all in-house designs.
  • Reporting Breakages: Breakages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and include photographic evidence of the condition received of the outer carton, inner packaging, damaged product, and quantity affected in order to pursue an insurance claim with the courier if appropriate.
  • Re-printing Breakages: Breakages will be re-printed with a 5-day production lead time for wholesale and dispatched on the next working day, both at London Luxury Candle Supplies’ cost. This does not include the cost of client-own vessels.
  • Re-printing Errors: Any re-prints following a printing or priming error by London Luxury Candle Supplies will be re-printed with a 5-day production lead time and dispatched on the next working day, both at London Luxury Candle Supplies’ cost. This does not include the cost of client-own vessels unless otherwise agreed.
  • Responsibility for Misprints: London Luxury Candle Supplies will not accept liability for the scraping and recycling of the vessels misprinted when they have left the premises.
  • Storage Recommendations: It is recommended that printed vessels, including filled candles, are stored below 30 degrees. London Luxury Candle Supplies will not accept responsibility for print and wax damage caused by excessive heat when stored for long periods of time.
  • Damage During Onwards Journey: London Luxury Candle Supplies will not accept responsibility for damage caused to products during their onwards journey from a client’s delivery site.
  • Data Storage: All data will be held and stored in accordance with the latest GDPR guidelines. Further details can be provided upon request.
  • Harassment Policy: London Luxury Candle Supplies does not tolerate third-party harassment of our staff. Should a client harass a member of staff, they will be warned that continued provision of our service will cease if the harassment continues. Any criminal acts will be reported to the police.
