How Our Private Label Service Works

We’re proud to support businesses of all sizes with private label candles, diffusers, room sprays, and wax melts – with candles being our speciality. To make sure we can give you the most accurate information and save everyone time, here’s how the process works:

1. Choose Your Jar Type

• The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 units per jar type.

• You can mix colours within the same jar type, but not different jar styles (e.g. Small Vogue 100 units can be split across different colours, but cannot be mixed with Large Classic Tumblers).

2. Select Your Fragrances

• Each fragrance is supplied in batches of 50 candles per scent.

3. Decide on Branding & Packaging

• Glass printing: Please attach your high-resolution logo (JPG format) if you’d like branding printed directly onto the jars. Please explore our glass printing services here: Glass Printing

• Packaging: If you’d like branded boxes to match your jars, please explore our packaging services here:
  Custom Packaging

• Please note: we do not apply stickers or labels to jars.

4. Samples (Optional)

• Clear glass 20cl candle samples (box of 4) £6.00 each - perfect for fragrance testing
• Chosen jar (no print) candle sample £20.00 

• Printed jar only sample £25.00

• Printed jar and candle sample £30.00
• Printed jar, candle and custom box sample £35.00

If you want to just test the fragrances in oil form we offer all our fragrances in 10ml dropper bottles 

You can additionally just buy empty jars from the website to see the glass beforehand.

5. Requesting a Quote 

To provide you with an accurate quotation, we kindly ask that you include the following details in your email:

• Your full name & business address

• Jar type and colour(s) you’ve selected

• Quantities required

• Chosen fragrances (minimum 50 per fragrance)

• Whether you’d like glass printing (attach your logo)

• Whether you’d like a customised box to match

Please note: we cannot provide rough estimates or “ballpark” prices. Every jar style holds different amounts of wax and has different costs, so a clear brief is essential before we can quote.
