“How do I get my own personalised jars?”

Customising your jars is simple. We’ve put together an easy-to-navigate system that means you can upload your design, see the vision, and get your approved product sent directly to your door.

Here’s how it works:

 - Once you have selected the product you are wanting to customise on our website, you need to click “Add Design” before you checkout.

- You can now send in the design/logo you want printing onto your jar. Upload your design file in HIGH RESOLUTION FORMAT – the higher resolution the image, the better the print will be. We only accept files in the formats png, jpeg, or PDF file.  If you’re not used to being the designer, we recommend using programs like Canva to get you started with your designs and leave the bigshot programs like Photoshop for the more experienced graphic artist!

- Got a vibrant design in mind? We can pretty much print any colours, images, any details. Our machines are nifty like that! Sadly though, foil printed colours are not possible, however a gloss gold, or shiny silver is. It will just not be mirrored.

- Your part is almost done! Simply place the order and checked out, and our team will receive the job and make a start on your design. Here’s where the fun starts and the work begins.

- Our technicians will now make the bespoke plate, specific to your jar, for the printing machine. Then, we can print your logo onto your chosen jar and send you a digital proof for you to approve. For this digital proof, please be mindful that the design will not be printed directly on the jar like it will for the final product. Instead, it will be printed on a laminated covering to protect the jar. This is to ensure we reduce waste and get the prints you’ve made just right before moving forward. Once you receive your digital proof, we mainly need you to check position and size of your design on the jar. Please note that colours may slightly vary when printed onto different surfaces and product colours.

- If you’re happy with the proof, confirm the design with us and we will send the entire order to print and soon your personalised jars will be delivered straight to your address.
