165.6g of wax

14.4g of fragrance

Step By Step Process:

  • Clean your jar Wipe the inside of the Small Vogue jar to remove dust or fingerprints.

  • Attach the wick Stick a wick sticker to the base of your wick and press it firmly into the centre of the jar.

  • Melt the wax Microwave or use a melter to melt the wax until fully liquefied.
  • Measure your wax Weigh out 165.6g of wax using digital scales. Tare the scale first to exclude the jug weight.

  • Check the temperature Wax should be around 65°C before adding fragrance oil.

  • Add fragrance oil Weigh out 14.4g of fragrance oil (for an 8–10% load) and stir into the wax for 2–3 minutes.

  • Check pouring temperature Wax should be between 55–60°C before pouring.

  • Pour into the jar Carefully pour the wax into your prepared jar, leaving about 1cm at the top.

  • Add the centring tool Place the centring tool on top so this keeps the wick upright.
  • Let it set Allow the candle to cool undisturbed for 24 hours at room temperature.

  • Trim the wick Remove the centring tool and trim the wick to 5mm.

  • Optional finishing Use a heat gun to smooth the surface if needed.

Your Small Vogue candle is ready! Burn test after 48 hours, and cure for 5–7 days for best fragrance throw.
