Important Information


As this extraordinary situation continues to evolve, we’re doing our best to support our customers and other small businesses. In turn, we have been completely overwhelmed with the amount of support we have received in the last several months amongst the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thank you for your ongoing business and support during this time, it has been truly remarkable.


Following Government recommendations in relation to COVID-19, we are continuously practicing our social distancing and the highest level of hygiene for the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. With these additional practices in place, some changes have been enforced within our workplace, in turn which have impacted our ordering and fulfilment processes. Please refer to ORDERING PROCESSES below for more information.

Our website remains OPEN 24/7 and our warehouse will continue its day to day operations unless further guidelines are advised by our government and health officials.


We are currently experiencing an increase in demand for our products, so some items may be temporarily out of stock.

Due to the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic internationally, this has unfortunately impacted both our manufacturers and logistics in replenishing stock levels for certain products. Rest assured, that your favourite products have been re-ordered. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this period.

Due to the extensive volume of orders, we have had to enforce some temporary changes to our ordering process. Please note:


Our processing time for orders is between 1-5 business days (excluding shipping) upon receipt of the order. Please note if an order is marked “Complete” online, it has been processed by our warehouse team only, and is in the queue to be picked up by our couriers. Once shiped or collected, an email will be sent from our courier or dispatch team to advise its status.


Due to our extended processing times, we are NOT ABLE TO PROCESS PRIORITY ORDERS at this time.


In accordance with the Government’s guidelines on social distancing, we strongly recommend that you download the DPD app and select "leave in a safe place" for your deliveries. This ensures contactless delivery for the safety our customers and courier personnel. If you have specific limitations to the delivery time or location of your order, please let our courier partners  know via the app / tracking number and they will endeavour to follow your delivery requirements as best as possible.


We are unable to merge/add on orders at this time. Shipping will be applicable on subsequent orders and all orders will be shipped as separate consignments.
