Important Information.



Our processing time for orders is between 1-3 business days (excluding shipping) upon receipt of the order. Please note if an order is marked “Complete” online, it has been processed by our warehouse team only, and is in the queue to be picked up by our couriers. Once shiped or collected, an email will be sent from our courier or dispatch team to advise its status.


Courier delivery charges are calculated on the weight and bulk of your order and your postcode. To check the delivery charge for your order, create an account on the website, add the items to your basket and click on ‘Checkout’. You will then be shown the cost for delivery before you place your order.

UK Mainland Estimates: 

All our shipping prices are based solely on the weight and volume of the packaged item along with the postcode and delivery destination and excluding VAT.

We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes outlined during our checkout stage (subject to stock availability). Once your order has been dispatched, it will go by Courier and you will be notified by the courier with tracking details, via text/ email.

International Delivery 

All international orders are shipped with our courier partner DHL International.   

The cost of international deliveries is based on weight and volume.  The pricing is live and can be subject to change. 

Taxes/VAT is not charged on the export of goods overseas and will be zero rated for you at checkout.  Since leaving the EU this is now done the other way around!  You will be contacted by DHL for the import tax and duties upon the arrival of the goods in your country. 

To find out what these charges might look like, this is a great link to use: (however it really is the same as it was before, just the other way around!) usually 20% of the Value of the Goods. 

You are responsible for making payment of this promptly. Should you not pay the taxes and the goods are return to us, you will not be refunded for any shipping charges and the cost of the administration fee will be deducted from your refund.


Collections are available from our Warehouse Monday-Friday.

Please note, we are not open for collections over the weekend - Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Orders placed before 10 am can be collected the same day if agreed with dispatch. Once the order is placed please text your order number to dispatch and arrange a suitable collection time: 07376 076 531. You must head to the warehouse at the back to collect your order. 

Orders placed after 10 am will be ready for collection the following day between 9.30 am- 4.30 pm Mon-Fri. 

Arrange Own Collection

If you wish to arrange your own courier to collect your order please ensure you have provided our customer service team with any shipping labels and your selected courier, you can send these over via email to [email protected]

Please Note: Any issues with delivery, damage of products or lost items will be the responsibility of the customer; London Luxury Candle Supplies LTD will not accept liability for the loss of, or damage to any consignment. Please ensure you leave an appropriate window to allow our team time to pick and pack your order.

In accordance with the Government’s guidelines on social distancing, we strongly recommend that you download the DPD app and select "leave in a safe place" for your deliveries. This ensures contactless delivery for the safety our customers and courier personnel. If you have specific limitations to the delivery time or location of your order, please let our courier partners  know via the app / tracking number and they will endeavour to follow your delivery requirements as best as possible.


We are unable to merge/add on orders at this time. Shipping will be applicable on subsequent orders and all orders will be shipped as separate consignments.
